Physical Requirements Standard office environment and daily commute to assigned office location or regionally based. System experience (e.g., Veeva Clinical). Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks strength in organization and planning. Partner with colleagues to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across functional areas within Endo, with Endo alliance partners and external service providers. Anticipate problems and innovate effective plans for complex situations. Communicate proactively and appropriately and various levels within the organization and externally. Works autonomously under consultative direction toward long range goals. Ability to work with clinical trial and clinical data management systems, MS Office, electronic document management and other web-based systems. Skills & Abilities Proficient in written and oral communication and experience in presenting to groups. Knowledgeable in the interaction between functional areas as well as at site level. Broad and deep understanding of monitoring for clinical trials domestically. In depth understanding of clinical research and associated regulatory requirements. Knowledge Well versed in GCP and applicable FDA. Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical industry. Minimum of 5 years’ clinical research site experience. Qualifications Education & Experience College degree or RN or higher is required, preferably in sciences/medical sciences. Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Clinical Development to ensure protocol captures the site perspective during devleopment. Collaborate with Oversight team to develop partnership between sites and CRAs to ensure high quality team and meeting clinical site needs. Assist study team with site specific training needs.

Internal Partnerships Partner with study teams & training department to enhance site specific training to ensure high quality. Identify challenges and work on corrective action with sites and study team. Conduct site visits on routine basis to enhance relationships and partnerships with clinical research sites/networks. Site Relationships Build and maintain strong site relationships between Endo and Clinical Sites/Clinical Networks. Remain current with regulations and industry trends. Key player in protocol review to be a voice and advocate for the clinical site. Assist with identifying/escalating site-specific challenges and requirements and proactively communicate to team to plan/mitigate. Assist in site selection with study teams as well as grow Endo’s pool of clinical sites while focusing on meeting diversification among our pool of investigators. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clinical site personnel. Serve as contact for sites to re-invent how Endo works with our clinical sites to grow as a Sponsor of Choice. Will help to serve as key point of contact for sites for issues that are not able to be resolved through the study team escalation path. Scope of Authority Will serve as an Endo representative with direct interactions for clinical research sites/networks. All incumbents are responsible for following applicable Division & Company policies and procedures. This Site Relationship Manager must have an in depth understanding of clinical research and associated regulatory requirements.

This strategic role acts as a critical interface between Endo and Clinical Research sites for all operational issues. The Site Relationship Manager will be responsible to build and facilitate site relationships among all of Endo’s current and prospective clinical sites and clinical site networks.
